Our senior residences conform to all government standards for security and typically much more and our staff are trained for many types of emergencies.
Safety First
At LRM our philosophy is that safety comes first. Restricted entrances are just the start of ensuring our resident’s safety in their home. Our staff is trained on how to respond to common emergency medical emergencies, how to safely evacuate residences if needed, and on when to call for emergency medical care.
Monitoring for Emergencies
Monitoring services function around the clock to ensure our resident’s safety and for their comfort. All apartment bathrooms are equipped with a call bell system for emergencies and our smoke detector systems are monitored remotely by our security center.

Please raise any special needs and concerns with our staff. Communicating with us allows us to work with you to ensure you or your loved one are safe and feel secure.
