Services & Utilities
Simple is good. This is why most of our senior residence packages include many amenities and services (such as those listed below).
Cable TV
Basic Videotron television service may be included in your lease. Expanded cable packages are also available.
Shopping
A free shuttle service is available at most of our facilities for residents who want to go shopping.
Newspaper
Residents can subscribe to any newspaper and have these delivered to their door.
Hair Salon
A hair salon is present in many of our communities and offers hair services for both men and women.
Electrical accessories
In most units, it is possible to have electrical appliances such as a toaster, kettle (and others) in the room.
Cleaning service
In some residences, room cleaning services are included in the lease; in others they are available as an option.
Mail is delivered to your post office box on the ground floor; mail may also be sent without leaving the building.
Petty cash
A petty cash service is available for residents as a safe convenience. It is recommended that residents avoid keeping large sums of money in their rooms.
Laundry
If the laundry service is included in your lease, your belongings will be washed by our caretakers. Each load of laundry is washed individually once per week. In cases where linens are provided, these are changed as needed. If the service is not included in your lease, a laundry room is available on each floor for you to use.
