We welcome and encourage residents, caregivers, and our staff to identify friends and relatives who may be interested in joining one of our communities.
Social Services Referrals
LRM welcomes referrals from social service workers. If you are a provider of medical or social services working with seniors, please feel free to refer to us and consider coming for a tour.
Realty Referrals
We also receive referrals from Real Estate agents. If you have a client that you think would love our residences, please let us know. If your referral joins us within 90 days of your referral, you will be eligible for a reward from us. Please contact an LRM Sales Associate for details.
A ‘Thank You’ for Your Referrals
As a ‘thank you’, in some cases we reward successful referrals with a financial incentive. (Please note that the new resident may identify just one referrer when signing their residency agreement.)
